Return & Refund Policy – Chhaap Store

At Chhaap Store, every order is made with care and printed on demand. We aim to deliver high-quality products, but if something goes wrong, we're here to help.


Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is unused

  • The item is not damaged

  • The tag on the product is intact.
  • Careful Unboxing- Customers are advised to unbox packages carefully. If damaged by scissors or sharp objects, refunds or replacements aren’t possible unless:

    • Unpacking videos are provided.
    • Images of the courier cover are sent.
  • If there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., misprint, stitching issue, etc.) or the product received is damaged during transit, please share a video within 48 hours of receiving the order for our team to evaluate the issue.

Please send an email to chhaapstore.in@gmail.com for return requests within 7 days of delivery.

Things to Consider:

  • A custom return address is not possible because courier companies do not offer this option. The return address can not be different from the delivery address.
  • Requests after 7 days will not be entertained.

💰 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return request is approved, refunds (if applicable) will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


🚚 Wrong Address / Non-Delivery

If the order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for re-shipping. Re-shipping charges may apply.


🕐 Processing Time for Return Requests

We aim to respond to all return/refund requests within 2–3 business days.
