  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, we begin processing and may not be able to cancel.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days and delivered within 4–10 business days.

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video/photo proof.
